Product description
In the 1950s, the railways of Central Europe joined forces to compete with the booming airline industry. From 1957 onwards, a growing network of international connections was established under the name Trans Europ Express (TEE). The incredibly chic express trains were capable of operating at four different voltages and focused on service and comfort. To mark the 60th anniversary of the TEE train the SBB Historic foundation has reissued the cups that were used as part of the on-board crockery. The rounded design of the cups makes them perfect for taking a sip of tea or coffee – or even soup.
