railtour vouchers can be redeemed for trips and services of the holiday brands railtour or Frantour at any travel agency in Switzerland or directly from the railtour Customer Service by telephone on 031 378 01 01 or at info@railtour-frantour.ch.
Redeem
After booking, the booking office must be informed directly of the voucher number and amount so that the credit is made directly before the booking is completed.
When booking online, complete the process and then inform railtour Customer Service of the booking and voucher number to be credited at info@railtour-frantour.ch or by telephone on 031 378 01 01.
