This 33mm Doppio watch combines vintage charm with understated minimalism. It is characterised by a sun-brushed grey-white concave domed dial with a double domed sapphire crystal, creating an impressive interplay of light and depth. The design plays on the concept of duality through the double lines on the gold-coloured hands and indexes and on the top of the second hand. The red colour of the second hand links the iconic MONDAINE Official Swiss Railways collection. The original MONDAINE logo from 1951 is engraved on the case back, paying tribute to the brand’s rich heritage. Powered by a Swiss quartz movement, the date window and water resistance to 5 ATM add further practical functionality to the timepiece. The gold-coloured case is made from brushed 316L stainless steel and is made from 91% recycled material, which is in line with Mondaine’s guidelines for sustainable production. The gold-coloured tone-on-tone case and the mesh stainless steel bracelet lend the watch its refined elegance.
